  • Purchase details — packages bought, price, date/time, PayPal transaction ID (no card numbers).
  • Contact info — e-mail address (if you enter one), Discord tag (optional for support).
  • Website usage — anonymised analytics (page views, referrer).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver digital goods and run in-game commands (e.g. lp user <uuid> parent add vip</uuid>).
  • Process payments and detect fraud / chargebacks.
  • Send purchase confirmation or support replies.
  • Improve store layout and plan future packages.

3. Cookies

CraftingStore sets session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. These cookies are essential and do not track activity outside this site.

4. Third-Party Processors

We share the minimum required data with:

  • CraftingStore — storefront hosting and command queue.
  • PayPal — payment processing. PayPal’s Privacy Policy applies to your transaction.
  • No advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

  • Purchase records are kept for 5 years for accounting and chargeback protection.
  • Inactive support tickets are deleted after 12 months.

6. Security

The store is served over TLS 1.3 (HTTPS). Access to server consoles, CraftingStore panels, and PayPal dashboards is limited to the owner and protected with 2-factor authentication.

7. Your Rights

If you reside in the EU/UK (GDPR) or similar jurisdictions you may:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your data (unless we must keep it for legal reasons).
  • Withdraw consent for marketing e-mails at any time.
