Utopellite — Store Terms of Service

1. General

By purchasing any product or package (“Service”) from the Utopellite web-store you (“Customer”) agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use this store.

2. Digital Goods

  • All items are virtual, in-game perks. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • Delivery is instant: commands are executed on the game server as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • You must log in with the correct Minecraft UUID. We cannot transfer a package bought for the wrong account.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown in USD; your bank may add conversion fees.
  • We may run sales or change prices at any time without notice.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • All sales are final. Because items are digital and delivered instantly we cannot offer refunds once the package is credited.
  • Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server and store until the case is resolved.

5. Age Requirement

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

6. Server Rules & Rank Removal

  • All standard server rules apply to rank holders.
  • Severe rule violations (e.g. cheating, hate speech) may lead to a ban without compensation, even if you purchased a rank.
  • We reserve the right to modify rank perks to keep gameplay balanced.

7. Downtime & Data Loss

We do our best to keep the server online 24/7, but unforeseen outages, rollbacks, or plugin errors may occur. We are not liable for any virtual items lost during downtime.

8. Privacy

We store only the information required to process your order—Minecraft UUID, username, purchase history, and e-mail (if provided). See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
